a cigarette box in The Netherlands said "smoking is deathly"

Well if you ask me either smoking is deathly I’m not going to lie and said it is healthy, name every disease that you could mention from cancer, COPD (chronic obstructive pulmonary disease), TB, and okay if I continue the list it’s just going to be a list of disease while I want to write further than just the disease, I want to write about why we know it’s dangerous and yet still many people love to do it.

Beside the addictive substance of nicotine which research indicate it does make us become addictive and sometime abusive, there are far more complicated reason I conclude this at least based on my own personal experience and to what I asked to other, if you disagree with me you could argue with me and I’d love to do that with you, you might have a better idea than me.

If only nicotine that makes you comeback to inhale those fumes then simple nicotine candy design to reduce your addiction to cigarette would have to help you perfectly. In fact only few of those who use it come to a complete stop from smoking. So I think we could eliminate the nicotine because even if your brain got nicotine supply from those fancy candy still many people comeback to the good old tobacco.

I believe that smoking is a convoluted action; you are not only just enjoying the nicotine, the high feeling, the smell but also the feeling of instantly better. So ask to yourself why you start to smoke in the first time. I believe it is easy to give up smoke but it is harder, even beyond imagination giving up, and knowing what makes you smoke in the first time.

There are loads of reasons why people start to smoke; because of style (okay this might valid for teen), stress, friend, life, and whatever you name it. I reckon that if you could dropped the reason why you start smoking in the fist hand you could stop completely, and just for another suggestion make it concrete, not just “I quit smoking because I love my daughter” because one day your daughter might smoke and she might not love you anymore. So make it as real as possible. A reason such as “I want to live a healthier live” would not work either because even when you’re smoking now you are still feeling healthy. So I say make it as solid as possible and make it from any reason that available today neither from yesterday nor tomorrow.

For me I am still enjoying the dangerous substance and the high feeling. It’s not that I would like to do it forever but it’s just I still couldn’t find a reason to quit for now, in other hand I still want to enjoy it, if you think you have any idea for me please write it to me, and for those who are out there trying to quit sterkte! I know you can!

Cigarette goes through your head the moment you light it. It's the psychological manifestation that makes cigarette addictive at the first place. The relaxation that cigarette delivers is a bliss. Makanya jgn minta2 mulu lu bangsat, beli rokok sendiri...merki cina...

There are things called oxidants and free radicals in cigarette smoke. You might not feel it, but these stuffs injure your lungs right away. For regular smoker, chronic inflammation will follow, and some parts of the lungs will be irreversibly damaged. Fyi, 80% of COPDs are smokers.
